(Jo) is willing to work with you with whatever needs you may need! She did a beautiful set up with a Bluey and Bingo balloon arch, and some balloons are still intact after 3 weeks!(my kids love seeing the balloons so I kept them up) she did the arch fast and efficiently and I plan to hire her again for future events !

Jo was such a pleasure to work with throughout the whole wedding process. She was easy to contact with any questions and went above and beyond with every detail for my wedding day. She created custom signage for me and anytime I had an idea she was up for it, not to mention her decor inventory was incredible! My wedding venue was a little disorganized and pretty stressful, but she made me feel so much better that day and made my vision come to life. I don't know what I would have done without her. Jo was our wedding fairy godmother! Every step of the way, she put our needs first. She truly understood our vision and was the support we needed to get through vendor consults, design and decor, stationery, and most of all, the big day! We hired Jolene to be our DOC for our October 2025 wedding and cannot recommend her enough! Her attention to detail, patience, and calmness were just what we needed on our wedding day. Candidly, we thought we did not need a planner of any sort. That we could do it all because we were type A. Our venue highly recommended Joelene at For Every Jocassion and... it was the BEST decision we could have made. We felt so supported and were able to enjoy our big day without needing to check in with any individual. Joelene helped us plan the small details we did not think of, coordinated with all our vendors, happily took over design in areas we were not particular about (and absolutely nailed our vision), had constant communication, and SO much more. This made planning our wedding from 14 hours away so much more enjoyable and relaxed. We wish we could relive that day over and over again!

Planning from afar, we knew we needed additional help to bring everything together for our wedding day. We knew we needed a Coordinator that could provide their own inventory and could help us use it most effectively to prevent over-buying and waste, and the style of the inventory matched the look we were going for. Being a one stop shop for help with design and creation/printing of paper goods and signage was a huge plus! We didn't come across any other businesses that did both in our search so that was a huge win as transporting signage was a concern! The pricing for packages were incredibly reasonable and included all the little things we needed. It was a no brainer after our first consultation that we would be a good fit!

Jo was an angel! We had a small wedding, but we leaned on her for so much, and she always rose to the occasion (joccasion). Not only did she know exactly what to walk us through for planning, but she was flexible and willing to go the extra mile.
One really telling experience we had with Jo was when we couldn't find florals at all. Maine books up so quickly for everything wedding related, we were panicking. We stressed for a week before we brought our concerns to Jo, and the moment we did, she was on it. Solution found in minutes. She offered to arrange bud vases for us and source the flowers herself, which was so far beyond what we could have asked for. It was just like that for the whole wedding--the minute we found something we couldn't solve on our own, a quick email to Jo showed us that anything is possible.
Not only was she an integral part of the planning, but on the day of she was indispensable. I would have been so much more stressed if not for her competent hand moving everything into place. She decorated, she got guests where they needed to go, and when the day ended up so unbearably hot that we had to switch up our plans, she was right there with a backup. You wouldn't even know we were switching things up on the spot, because she was so on top of things. It was such a relief not to have to guide events or corral guests, because it was all handled. What a wonderful experience.
The value of the support we got from Jo so far exceeded the money we invested. She is a priceless ally to have in the wedding process. We're never getting married again, but if we were, we would ask Jo for help every time.
