I started For Every Joccasion because I saw a huge gap in the wedding industry when planning my own Maine wedding in September of 2023: couples either had to go all in on full-service planning or figure mostly everything out on their own. It got me thinking that there must be other couples out there like me and my husband, Matt - couples who were fully capable of reaching out to vendors but needed the help pulling it all together and making it look picture-perfect.
I believe that wedding planning can and should be simple. That's why I offer one signature package that you can build upon to fit your exact needs. Whether it's just help managing the day, timeless rentals or full event styling and design, I'm here to make sure it comes together seamlessly.

Because wedding planning shouldn't feel like a second job.
A wedding coordinator ensures that everything runs smoothly on your big day. We finalize logistics, communicate with vendors, manage (and sometimes create) your timeline, oversee set up/breakdown and handle any last minute hiccups that may occur - so you can focus on celebrating, not stressing.
Ideally, you should book as soon as you know you'll need help! Most couples secure coordination services 6-12 months in advance, but if your wedding is sooner, don't worry! We can do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings based on availability.
A wedding planner helps with the entire process, from start to finish; whether that includes vendors selection, budget management or design depends on the planner. A wedding coordinator (what we specialize in) steps in closer to your wedding date to finalize plans, create a timeline and ensure smooth execution.
Our main service is Day-of-Coordination (also known as Event Management), where a pro will step in 4-6 weeks before the big day to create a timeline, finalize logistics and ensure everything runs smoothly. For extra support with aesthetics, we offer 3 addition add-ons, styling, design and decor. Regardless of service level, you will have unlimited email access from the moment you sign on, a private client portal with DIY guides and planning tools and a list of our most trusted vendors. If you ever need more hands-on guidance, we also offer meetings as a luxury & enchantment for additional support.
